The Brooks Academy attended the first annual Northgate Invitational at Northgate High School in Walnut Creek on Saturday 11/02/13. Our squad sent 13 students to the competition and walked away with several top honors in both speech and debate events. Special congratulations to Lavanya Singh for her double 1st Place finishes in Humorous Interp & Impromptu, and to the Dewan Family for fielding the first trio of siblings in our team’s history.
